Job summary

Physiofit, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our West Lafayette clinic in LA. The PCC-I supports clinic growth, collaborates with the Clinic Director, and ensures efficient patient intake and documentation processes.

You will play a key role in money collection at service, referrals conversion, welcoming new patients, and delivering a great customer experience as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities.
• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience.
• Practice Management o Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
