The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to implement processes, maintain a welcoming front office, and ensure daily tasks align with Upstream

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team player with time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an inviting clinic atmosphere and deliver great customer experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Complete required training and compliance.
