Anchor Endodontics in the Puyallup/Sumner area seeks an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, verify insurance, and review treatment plans with patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental Patient Care Coordinator or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with dental software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental insurance billing and HIPAA policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.

• Verify and process patients' dental insurance.
• Review treatment plans, insurance, and out-of-pocket costs with patients.
