Gentle Dental is hiring for Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The role involves communicating financial options and treatment plans, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.

This part-time position offers growth potential and supports patients across multiple Gentle Dental locations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of front office experience in a medical setting, 1 year in orthodontics, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front office experience in a medical environment
• 1 year experience in Orthodontics
• Computer literacy required; QSI experience a plus
• Experience presenting treatment plans and explaining costs preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options and establish treatment schedules with patients
• Prepare financial arrangements and monitor progress of treatment plans
• Be knowledgeable about insurance plans, exclusions, and limitations
• Ensure all forms for predeterminations and third-party benefits are submitted and patients notified of status and costs
