Job summary

Curant Health in Smyrna, GA is seeking a PRN Member Care Assistant / Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our clinical services team. You will enroll patients, document in EHRs, and coordinate referrals with providers and pharmacies.

Training is onsite for two weeks, 8:30–5:30, with potential limited remote flexibility after training based on business needs. The role requires strong clerical skills, excellent communication, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ clerical/clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Registered as either a Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant in Georgia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support as assigned by the manager, including printing daily mailings in accordance with SLAs.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by effectively communicating with patients, providers, pharmacies, and partners via phone.
• Support the MEOT Team by assisting with tasks and activities that promote improved patient adherence.
• Organize and prioritize daily workload to align with company goals and priorities.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and complete documentation at all times.
• Work independently to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Foster a collaborative environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in communication and problem-solving.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all aspects of the role.
• Perform additional duties while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
