Krengel Dental is seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to support our growing, modern general dental practice in St. Louis Park. We’re a fast-paced, centrally located office with a welcoming environment and a commitment to excellence in both patient care and teamwork.

We’re looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes initiative to keep our schedule – and our patients – running smoothly every day.

Job Type: Full-Time

Patient care coordinator Job Duties

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
• Answer phones with excellent communication skills and polished phone etiquette
• Proactively manage and optimize the daily schedule for both hygiene and doctor appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently; collect and post payments accurately
• Verify and coordinate insurance benefits; follow up on outstanding claims in a timely manner
• Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement
