Krengel Dental in St. Louis Park, MN seeks a Full-Time Practice Coordinator to support a growing general dental practice. This fast-paced, team-oriented role handles patient check-in, scheduling, insurance coordination, payments, and a focus on five-star customer service.

Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, 38–40 hours/week in a modern, patient-centered office. The candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting, embrace process improvement, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental front desk or practice coordination is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones with excellent communication and etiquette.
• Proactively manage and optimize the daily schedule for hygiene and doctor appointments.
• Check patients in and out; collect and post payments.
• Verify and coordinate insurance benefits; follow up on claims.
• Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate five-star customer service with strong attention to detail.
