Job summary

ReFocus Eye Health in Providence, RI is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator for our busy ophthalmology call center. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them from the initial call through appointment scheduling and follow-up.

This on-site role requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems. Hours are Monday–Friday; pay starts at $19/hour with potential increases after 90 days.

Our growing Ophthalmology practice is seeking an upbeat and ambitious Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy call center. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the initial phone call to appointment scheduling and beyond.

Details:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM in our Providence medical practice location
• Pay: $19/hour to start them increasing after 90 days
