Spa Medicca in Massillon, OH is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator. The role supports Dr. Sherock & Associates, handling front-desk tasks, patient check-ins, and guiding patients through their care continuum.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare office experience, HIPAA knowledge, and experience with an Electronic Health Record system, along with strong customer service skills. Schedule: Wed/Thu 8:00am–4:00pm, Fri 8:00am–2:00pm, with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare office experience is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy rules is essential.
• Experience working with an Electronic Health Record system is preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential to interact with patients.

Patient Care Coordinator

Dr. Sherock and Associates are now part of Spa Medicca.

Spa Medicca is a premier, five-star medical spa with multiple locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. Spa Medicca provides a full-service menu of aesthetic medicine, health and wellness services, ob/gyn services, and skincare treatments.

The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, interacting with and communicating with a variety of patients from their initial check in point of contact through the continuum of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical/healthcare office, with a preference for experience in a med spa setting.

The Patient Care Coordinator is Part Time, with a schedule as follows:

Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Friday from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

*Additional hours when needed.
