Job summary

Spa Medicca OH LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Mason, OH team. You will manage patient flow from first contact through care, coordinate scheduling, and support clinical staff with documentation and communications.

Ideal candidates have med spa experience, familiarity with medical terminology and privacy practices, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a med spa or aesthetic environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy practices and medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical administrative tasks including scheduling software and EHR systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using electronic health records systems.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information and update medical records.
• Assist with patient inquiries via phone/email/in person and provide clear procedure information.
• Prepare and organize patient documentation for clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
