Job summary

Lakeville Modern Dentistry seeks a patient care coordinator to join our privately owned practice in Lakeville, MN. This full-time role offers $27–$33/hour plus monthly team bonuses in a non-corporate environment.

You’ll guide nervous patients, present complex treatment plans clearly, and help families invest in their dental health while enjoying a positive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, or similar patient-facing dental coordination role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An exceptional understanding of clinical dentistry.

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience presenting All-on-X, overdentures, and full-mouth rehabilitation cases

• Familiarity with third-party financing platforms (CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Sunbit)


• Previous experience working in an out-of-network or fee-for-service dental practice
