Job summary

Eye Care Group of Southern Oregon in Grants Pass is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional welcome and high-quality service. You'll handle scheduling, front desk tasks, and patient check-ins with strong organization and communication skills, contributing to a smooth patient flow and positive practice experience.

You’ll be trained to use the front desk software, manage calls, and coordinate with clinicians.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure
