Job summary

20/20 Eyecare in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for patients. You will manage check-ins, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support a smooth front desk flow in a fast-paced eyecare practice.

The role offers a guaranteed hourly wage of $20–$24, Monday–Friday with optional Saturday hours, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $20-24/hour
• Monday - Friday schedule, with Saturday hours (if work a Saturday, off a day during the week)
