Professional Physical Therapy in Carle Place, NY is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive patient experience. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle new patient registration with care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with insurance discussions and collecting balances.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably healthcare.
