Professional PT is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing new patient registrations, explaining insurance benefits, and collecting copays or deductibles while supporting the clinical admin team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Compensation:

• $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
