Professional PT, a leading provider of physical, occupational, and hand therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive patient experience.

You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle new patient registrations, discuss insurance, collect balances, and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients.
