Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them, answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling registrations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will discuss insurance benefits, authorization requirements and payments, collect copays and balances, and support day-to-day administrative tasks while delivering compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
