Job summary

Respire Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience from the initial call through the final visit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).

As a PCC, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them feel welcomed and cared for. You will also interact with insurance providers and medical professionals to create smooth scheduling and billing processes. We are seeking a positive individual with a patient-centered mindset who excels at multitasking and values collaboration within a close-knit team.
