Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate workflow of new and existing referrals.
• Use reports to determine patient priority.
• Identify and resolve referral process complaints from managers, staff, and sources.
• Review referral status within 24-48 hours.
• Monitor queues daily to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline referral workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
