Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing referrals, resolving care coordination issues, and monitoring 24–48 hour status checks to support IC vs IS workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3+ years in pharmacy/healthcare or clinical setting managing complex patient cases.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate workflow for referrals and intake processes.
• Monitor referral statuses and prioritize patient cases.
