(CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Dispensary Patient Consultant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a distinctive shopping experience that drives sales. This role primarily involves assisting patrons and patients through concierge-level service, conducting daily operations within the retail location while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

What You Will Do
  1. Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
  2. Provide outstanding, accurate customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  3. Lead store tours, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of available products.
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions; encourage memberships for medical guests.
  5. Follow product handling procedures, including safety, health policies, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Keep the store clean and organized by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  7. Operate the cash register, POS system, and manage cash drawer.
  8. Work collaboratively to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals within designated timelines.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail customer service.
  • Excellent computer, math, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Occasional local travel as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Occasional reaching, grasping, lifting up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending, kneeling, and crawling.
