This role involves aiding patrons and patients through concierge-level service, conducting day-to-day operations within the retail location while adhering to company policy and industry regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns.
  • Lead tours of the sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of available products.
  • Retain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
  • Follow product handling procedures, including safety, health policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Operate cash register, POS system, and manage cash drawer.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met within designated timelines.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail customer service.
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities over the phone and in person.
  • Occasional local travel as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently stand and walk.
  • Occasionally reach above shoulders, grasp lightly or forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, and lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally twist, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, or crawl.
