Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous healthcare setting experience is desirable.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing utilization.
• Coordinate referrals and tests, follow up as needed.
• Maintain patient records in the EHR system.
• Handle billing, co-pays, and outstanding balances.
• Serve as liaison between patients and staff.
