Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and support a distinctive shopping experience in our West Chester, PA location. You will assist patrons, explain products, and help drive sales while complying with regulatory policies.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in retail customer service, strong computer skills, and a willingness to travel locally as needed; bilingual Spanish is a plus in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Occasionally requires local travel.
• Occasionally, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly stand/walk.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Support memberships, discounts, and promotions for medical guests.
• Operate cash register and POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and inventory.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
