You will handle registration, check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and request medical records. Excellent customer service and a team-player attitude are essential to improve the patient experience.

• Customer service experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Register new and current patients at the site.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes, including co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and assist with requests for medical records.
• Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors warmly.
