Job summary

Jushi is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service in our retail location, helping patrons navigate product options and membership benefits. The role emphasizes accurate customer interactions, compliance with policies, and teamwork to drive sales results.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED (associates or bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least 2 years of retail customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of retail customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic math; strong reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and answer questions.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and recommend products based on research.
• Promote memberships, benefits, discounts and promotions to customers.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock items as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
