Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience including recruitment, performance appraisal, and training.
• Ability to analyze information to define objectives and alternatives.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Interpersonal skills to work with diverse faculty, residents, staff.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong writing skills for reports and memorandums.
• Familiarity with scheduling and registration systems.
• Knowledge of major medical insurance plans.
• Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
