Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in medical/healthcare settings.
• Registration experience preferred.
• Course work toward accredited medical terminology.
• Medical Office Assistant experience or training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient service activities in coordination with the clinical team, including registration, scheduling, and data entry.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and confidentiality during visits; manage wait times and inquiries.
• Assist with patient data collection, screenings, and documentation; support billing and coverage verification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
