Job summary

CompleteCare is seeking an organized Practice Manager to oversee patient registration and front desk operations. You will ensure accurate demographic and billing data, greet patients, and coordinate with clinical staff to support a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and adherence to privacy regulations. Training is provided; the environment is fast-paced and team-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years receptionist/cashier or related experience.
• Ability to read, write legibly and comprehend English; basic computer literacy; typing 45 wpm; data entry.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for services and verifies demographics and billing information.
• Assist patients with kiosk registration process.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet patients professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and handle sensitive information.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Obtain patient signatures and scan forms.
• Direct patients to appropriate areas and relay messages to nurses.
