Responsibilities

• Assist our patients with the intake process, with medical billing questions, or with disputes.
• Efficiently updates and verifies patient demographics, insurance, and contact information.
• Identify patient needs, build and foster positive customer relationships, and provide solutions.
• Respond to patient questions with a friendly and attentive attitude.
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management.
