Job summary

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the associate plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and regulation-compliant dispensary experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Patient Intake: greet and register patients, verify authorized entry and track visits.
• Patient Advisor: process transactions accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
• Fulfillment: fulfill online orders and respond to patient inquiries about status.
• Patient Service: assist patients with orders and educate them on products and methods of use.
• Sales Floor: direct patients to pharmacists and pickup areas, provide product education.
• Surveillance: monitor for safety and compliance; regular site inspections.
• Housekeeping: maintain cleanliness and organization per policies.
• Other Duties: perform additional duties as assigned to support compliant operations.
