Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience in medical office, hospital, call center or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with call center operations and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service while processing a high volume of incoming calls.
• Interview callers to understand requests and triage to the appropriate resource.
• Assist with directory assistance, patient information and physician's answering services.
• Support Language Services as needed for translator requests.
• Promote teamwork and assist customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
