Sounds of Life Hearing Center in Northeast Ohio is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator / Audiology Aide to combine welcoming patient service with hands-on hearing device support. No prior hearing aid experience is required; we provide paid training and cover Ohio licensure fees. After training, you will split time about 50% coordinating patient flow and 50% assisting with devices.

This role offers steady daytime hours in a small team with patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to obtain and maintain Ohio audiology aide licensure.

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer calls, messages, and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and flag questions or discrepancies.
• Collect payments and explain office policies.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Arrange follow-up appointments and recall outreach.
• Support audiology aide tasks under supervision.
• Clean and check hearing devices and assist with maintenance.
