HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office team in Wooster, OH. This full-time role offers a base salary of 55k–90k plus uncapped commission, with relocation assistance of up to 10k.

Responsibilities include evaluating hearing loss, conducting assessments and fittings, delivering quality aftercare, counseling patients on device options and financing, and helping the clinic meet growth goals.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate hearing loss and diagnose condition per standards
• Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
• Provide aftercare services including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Counsel patients on hearing aid options and financing, including third-party payors
• Support clinic growth while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
• Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial goals
• Assist in telehealth and remote care initiatives and ensure licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and communicate results clearly to patients
