Job summary

HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office team in Wooster, OH. This full-time role offers a base salary of 55k–90k plus uncapped commission, with relocation assistance of up to 10k.

Responsibilities include evaluating hearing loss, conducting assessments and fittings, delivering quality aftercare, counseling patients on device options and financing, and helping the clinic meet growth goals.

• Assist in telehealth and remote care initiatives and ensure licensure compliance

Pay

Base Salary 55k-90k base (based on license type and credentials) + Uncapped Commission- Relocation 10k available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications
