My Hearing Centers, part of WS Audiology, is hiring an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Specialist to join our Ohio team. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fitting hearing devices, and provide personalized patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Active state licensure in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing is required. The role emphasizes patient communication, technical proficiency, and independent performance with opportunities for growth and relocation assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist roles.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with clients effectively.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and select appropriate hearing aids.
• Demonstrate devices and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage stock for same-day fittings and trials.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleaning, and repairs.
• Take ear impressions and modify ear-molds as needed.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Teams on initiatives.
• Engage with physicians and participate in community health events.
