Mercy is seeking a patient care assistant who will support nurses and the care team in delivering compassionate in-patient care. You will participate in a 175-hour training program as needed and complete required PCA competencies within 3 months. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare career program is acceptable.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months.
