Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Checks vital signs, weighs and measures patients, records findings on chart.
• Collects specimens for lab testing and prepares required forms.
• Performs basic specimen screening testing (dipstick/hemoccult).
• Prepares patients for examination and assists providers with equipment.
• Maintains patient charts and coordinates appointments in EMR.
• Answers routine inquiries and provides information to patients and families.
