Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join Brigham and Women’s Hospital on a paid trainee program. The role requires supporting daily living activities, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety under RN direction.

The program includes paid training and a $750 sign-on bonus for eligible new employees. Interviews are held onsite with a training start in November 2026; candidates must be available for 24 hours or more per week and commit to the full training

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care is valued.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge required or preferred.
• Proficient computer skills to work with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Document care and vital signs in EMR.
• Support safe, compassionate patient environment.
• Respond to patient and family requests and needs.
• Help with equipment prep and unit operations, including remote monitoring.
