McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Assistant for the 3 South Cardiac Step Down unit to support patient-centered care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Required: high school diploma, 6 months of related experience, and BLS certification. This is a full-time position with day shifts (7 am–7:30 pm).

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a Nurse, contributes to the delivery of patient-centered care through: Performance of selected day-to-day patient care activities. Maintenance of an environment that is functionally and aesthetically conducive to patient well-being. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Interacts with patients considering their developmental, age-specific, and cultural spiritual preferences.
