Job summary

Mercy seeks a Patient Care Assistant to support patient care under RN/LPN supervision. You will work as part of a collaborative care team to promote wellness and assist with clinical and non-clinical tasks.

Preferred CNA certification; no prior experience required. Training includes a 175-hour program, BLS within one month, and PCA competencies within three months, with physical requirements noted during orientation.
