Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, G.E.D, CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare program; or current Mercy co-worker.
• Licensure: BLS required within one month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Experience: None required.
• In-state practice: training program of 175 hours provided if no prior experience; must complete within 90 days.
• Other: Minimum physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under RN or LPN direction, assists in individualized patient care to achieve wellness.
