Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners seeks a friendly Patient Care Associate to join our team. You will manage the front desk, greet patients, check-in/out, schedule appointments, and handle general administrative tasks in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Candidate must be KIND and Friendly to patients and staff.
• CAN DO ATTITUDE is essential.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are expected.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Knowledge of MS Office is needed.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

We are currently seeking a KIND, personable, energetic, professional Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team! The Patient Care Associate is responsible for the Front Desk and greeting the patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Monday - Friday, no weekends. Times vary. Earliest Arrival 6:30

$17.00 -$18.00

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

What You Will Do:

• Greeting patients professionally, both in person and on the phone
