Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy within required timeframes.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed.
• Assists with turning and repositioning patients in bed and helps transfers to wheelchairs.
• Reports patient health concerns to nurses.
