Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; experience accepted in lieu of degree not specified.
• BLS and national certifications preferred; active credentials encouraged.
• Experience in patient care or elder care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Take and document vital signs; assist with EKGs and phlebotomy as assigned.
• Support RNs and physicians with examinations and treatments as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Ensure rooms are stocked, clean, and equipment is ready for use.
