Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills: multitask, medical terminology, typing skills, communication, ability to lift and transfer patients

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including vital signs, EKGs, bathing, feeding, and assisting with ambulation.
• Ensure patient rooms are stocked, equipped, and cleaned as needed.
• Perform specimen collection and document information.
• Retrieve and set up equipment, clean between patient uses, report malfunctions.
• Document patient information such as intake, weights, fluids, and outputs.
