Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required; CMA and CNA/Nurse Assistant certifications listed in the credentials section.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care duties and vital signs, and 1:1 observation for safety.
• Documents height, intake, output, and glucose in the EHR.
• Assists with meals, feeding, and food tray setup.
• Maintains stocked, clean patient rooms and handles equipment.
• Admits and discharges patients and orients new PCA team members.
• Communicates with nursing staff promptly and professionally.
