Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, two years of PCA/NA experience, and BLS and CPI/NVCRISIS certifications. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED or equivalent).
• Two years of experience as a Patient Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (AHA).
• NVCRISIS - Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under licensed nurse supervision.
• Perform hourly rounding to address patient needs and ensure comfort.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members to support safe care.
