Advocate Health Care in Hazel Crest, IL seeks a Nurse Aide (CNA) to support RNs in daily patient care, including bathing, feeding, and ambulation. You will document vital signs and intake/output in the EMR and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and good communication. BLS experience is preferred and annual hospital-certification requirements apply. This is an on-site position in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RNs with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs; document in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounding and communicate patient/family observations to the RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, room setup, and patient belongings.
• Collect specimens and assist with point-of-care testing as directed by RN.
