Ohio ENT is seeking a Clinical Care Assistant for our Westerville location. This role involves greeting patients, taking vitals, rooming patients, and ensuring smooth charting and documentation. You will support physicians during procedures and help maintain clean, compliant clinical spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of practice management software, timekeeping software and EHR packages.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security regulations and guidelines.
• Complies with OSHA standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and take vitals as needed.
• Room patients and document chief complaints in the medical record.
• Prepare exam rooms and clean instruments per protocol.
• Answer phones and return patient calls promptly.
• Manage EMR desktop and alerts/flags.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Provide discharge instructions/education to patients.
